In case the carpets were not checked upon delivery, the client has 3 days to file a complaint. If the complaint is not filed on time, iCleaning will not be responsible for responding to any complaints.
Carpets whose labels indicate incomplete/inaccurate care information will be washed in accordance with standard procedures applicable to the material from which the carpet is made. Although the Company will make every effort, it is not responsible for the result of applying standard carpet washing procedures.
Although the company will make every effort to remove any stains, this does not guarantee their complete removal, especially stains that have eaten into the carpet fibers after previous washes.
After cleaning carpets, minor changes in color and texture may occur.
The client is warned that any existing damage, defects or pulls may worsen as a result of washing, and the Company is not responsible for such problems, even if they are exaggerated.
